Born in 2018, Good Company Blendery is London’s first dedicated sour beer blendery, making

beers inspired by spontaneous fermentation all over the world.

We buy naturally inoculated wort from our partners Wild Beer Co & Burning Sky, then

age them in our own barrels for up to three years before blending.
